Libbie & Grove four-story building plan dropped

According to an update from councilman Bruce Tyler, the developer has decided not to continue to pursue a Special Use Permit for the proposed apartments at the corner of Libbie and Grove Avenues.

It has not been settle whether the BP station will remain, or another development project that complies with zoning ordinances will take its place.
