Surveillance camera films Windsor Farms car break-in suspect

Richmond Police needs the public’s help to identify a man who has been breaking into vehicles in the Windsor Farms neighborhood.

The suspect was caught on surveillance video, which accompanies this advisory. He is a black male who appears to be in his mid-30s to early 40s, about 5-feet-8 inches to 6-feet-tall with a slim build.

Anyone with information about this theft from motor vehicle suspect is asked to call Third Precinct Detective A.J. Jones at 646-1067 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Information also may be provided by text to Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
