Phil’s to Re-open at New Location in 60 Days

While Phil’s Restaurant did indeed close, there is good news for Phil’s fans.  According to the Richmond Times Dispatch, the owner’s have secured a lease on a new building and hope to open within 60-days.  The new restaurant should be open by Sept. 1st.

Phil’s, as the restaurant is known, is taking space at 5808 Grove Ave., which formerly had been occupied by the Arcade on Grove.

Restaurant owner Kyle Measell said the new space, which is just west of Libbie Avenue, is about half the size of the former Phil’s and will seat about 50.
