The University of Richmond recently celebrated the opening of Queally Hall, a 37,000-square-foot expansion to the Robins School of Business. The Times-Dispatch reports:
The expansion includes eight new classrooms, plus a 225-seat auditorium, all wired with the newest multimedia technology.
Around the school are 30 large-screen televisions — 24 more than were in the building before the expansion — flashing business news and market data from all over the world.
The addition also has a larger trading room, equipped with 12 Bloomberg terminals where students can get up-to-the-minute stock market and economic data for research projects, or to help them grow the nearly $400,000 student-managed investment fund.
