Allow time for delays over the next 2 weeks  if you are traveling on Parham Road  between Quioccasin Road and Interstate 64.  Henrico County is replacing curbs and gutters along that stretch. They’ve tried to minimize delays by keeping work between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. but that area is so heavily traveled it is sure to have back ups regardless.
