Gumenick Presses on with Construction

Gumenick Properties is pressing on with 3 of its 4 construction projects despite the weak economy.  Construction continues with the $10 million Malvern Manor renovation near Hamilton and Cary streets. And sales and construction continue at Grayson Hill and Monument Square, although sales have declined.

The large project at Staples Mill Centre, that we reported on earlier this year  has been put indefinitely on hold.
