[...] I’ve mentioned here before that since both my parents and my husband’s parents hailed from Maryland, we are fans of the slightly strange thin crust Maryland-style square pizza. For us it will be a walk down memory lane. Now the test will be to see if the local Ledo’s can keep consistent the nostalgic pizza that we remember from our childhood.
Hello,
My name is Will Robinson and I am VP Marketing for Ledo Pizza. Ledo Pizza is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality ingredients while using the time honored tradition of hand rolling our dough onto square baking sheets. Specifically, we use 100% smoked provolone cheese where other pizza places use a much lower quality cheese food. Our tomatoes are actually hand selected from the vine by our founding family and each batch of sauce is made fresh at the store each day. Please shoot me an email if you have questions. Ledo Pizza is like nothing you have ever had before!

My wife's family loves Ledo's. The crust is definitely the most unique characteristic. I'd call it light and flaky more so than crispy (I loves me some crispy crust). It may qualify as crap food by some definitions, but Willow Lawn needs some attractions and Ledo's will probably help that place out a lot. If only Ross were more like Marshalls and less like AJ Wright.
