		<description>6.  Don&#039;t leave buses idling in the UR commuter parking lot for 15 minutes plus, guzzling fuel and polluting the air, while drivers get out, chat on their cell phones, or take a smoke break.

That might save some money.</description>

2. Privatize GRTC
3. Make those buses run on gas
4. Ultimatum for GRTC management to turn financial troubles around or be all fired
