Near West End Man Arrested in Connection with Hit & Run, Girlfriend’s Death
2 Comments »The Times Dispatch is reporting on the arrest of a Near West End Man in connection with with a hit and run and additional charges. Details are below:
Henrico County police today charged the boyfriend of a 22-year-old woman found dead in her Patterson Avenue apartment yesterday.
Justin L. Rice, 22, who shared the apartment at 9001 Patterson Ave., was arrested first yesterday in connection with hit-and-run incidents on Interstate 64 and U.S. 250 near Hadensville, according to Virginia State Police and a search warrant filed today in Henrico.
Rice was served with a warrant for murder today, according to Henrico Commonwealth’s Attorney Wade Kizer.
The identity of the victim was being withheld this afternoon pending positive identification.













poor guy ghe seen like he was a realli good guy may be this a good method to make people to understand that being taking drugs is not the best way to live drugs kill u and after u do something really stupid ur family live ur consecuences and its all ur foult dont make ur family being woory about u because of something like this be happy live happy……..
poor guy my butt he was a jerk he stabbed a 22 year girl to death leaving a 2′1/2 year boy and an 8 month old girl without their mother he should be killed himself
