Rudlin Torah Acadamy appears (based on their address being 6801 Patterson Ave.) to be applying for a special use permit to allow a same sex dorm at their school. Currently, the building is already under construction, so my guess is that this is for additional work. Here is the info from today’s agenda. In other matters, there is also a proposal for a special use permit for Tempsford Land, south of Cary Street Road for several multifamily units. Not sure what this is about but it seems like a strange request based on the existing neighborhood. Ok, here’s the info from the agenda.
