While you may be respectful of the field and clean up after your dog, there are MANY that allow their dogs to run free within the gates and do not clean up after them. I am aware of an individual who was within the field gates and said something to one pet owner about policing his dog and the dog owner told him to 'F***' off. Yeah... that's pretty respectful isn't it? Why should the kids that used the field (and they do use the field) have to worry about stepping in dog poop, because people are too lazy to walk their dogs in other common areas? If all of the pet owners were cleaning up after their dogs, this would never have become an issue in the first place. There is a sign that says dogs are not allowed on the field.
