		<description>Let&#039;s not forget about Grayson Hill, which Gumenick has left half-done after Wachovia pulled the plug on the financing to finish. I&#039;m sure all the residents there who overpaid for their view of the unfinished construction that they were promised would be done by now are happy to know Gumenick has better things to do than finish what they&#039;ve started.</description>
