Need City Help? Call 311

Richmond City officials yesterday launched a campaign aimed at improving the city’s 311 Call Center to handle public requests. The campaign, which will run through mid-April, offers city residents a chance to give feedback about the call center. Residents can dial 311 to report potholes, downed trees, utility issues, request social services, and for other city matters. Residents can e-mail their comments about the service to 311comments@RichmondGov.com or call 311. The city plans to analyze the feedback and integrate it into the system by this summer.
