Councilman Tyler Calls Mayor’s Actions “Guerrilla Warfare”

According to Richmond.com, 1st District Councilman Bruce Tyler called the mayor’s continued actions concerning his stance with the City School Board “guerrilla warfare” that caused the city to be an embarrassment. I hadn’t thought about looking at the mayor’s tactics that way but, I could see it. We’ve been following the “Hatfield and McCoy-type” feud for some time now and wonder when, if at all, there will ever be a truce.
