Women’s Soccer Falls At VCU, 1-0, Thursday Night; Host Loyola Sunday
Women’s soccer goalkeeper Kate Hudson collected six saves and Susan Boyer ripped four shots, but a late first-half goal was the difference as VCU defeated the visiting Spiders, 1-0, at Sports Backer Stadium in downtown Richmond Thursday night. The Spiders entertain Loyola Sunday at 1 o’clock at First Market Stadium. Admission is free. SpiderTV
