Fugitive of the Week
You gotta’ love the local cops for thinking up the “Fugitive of the Week.” Lucky local fugitive Oscar Zolly Bryce III is the winner this week.
Bryce, 20, is wanted on two counts of robbery and using a firearm in a felony.
Well, I love regional cooperation, so you won’t hear me complaining, even if it is hokey.
Maybe we could add their mugshots to our Flickr pool and people could vote on them while getting the word out. Kind of like an Amber Alert for Fugitives. :)
