Brandy,
I've always parked at UR and walked. Parking is tight, but I wasn't aware of a shuttle. Could you be thinking about Arts in the Park, that is a totally different event in Byrd Park that DOES have shuttles. This event is in the Robbins Center at University of Richmond.

Hi, Brandy. Just fixed that link as I noticed it wasn't working.

The reference didn't mention anything about parking but you might want to email them at aal@richmond.edu and inquire.

Hope this helps!
